an effective teacherwhen can you say your teacher is an effective teacher?
when she fails students?
when everyone stays quiet because everyone is scared of him/her?
hell no.
an effective teacher is when his/her students pass the subject because they fully understood the lessons given. if no more than 50% students pass your subject,dont you think you are not having a good teaching method? i think it would be better if you can maintain the silence of your class because your students would love to listen to every word you say?. think about it.
